Five simple views. Clear photos let Dr. Truesdale assess your anatomy properly before you ever sit down — good light, a plain background, and the camera held at eye level is all it takes.

Frontal view — facing the camera squarely

Face the camera squarely. Eyes level, chin neutral — no tilt up or down.

Right oblique view — head rotated about 45 degrees

Three-Quarter

Rotate about 45° so the right side of your face is toward the camera.

Right profile view — head rotated a full 90 degrees

Full Side

Rotate a full 90°. Head level, ear and nose both in frame — no tilt.

Left oblique view — head rotated about 45 degrees the other way

Rotate about 45° the other way, so the left side faces the camera.
